F&D in USA
Over the next 6 months we are going to be embarking on a USA road trip. Meeting some of the hottest fashion bloggers around and sourcing new labels for you dolls... First stop..NYC!
We saw in the new year in the fabulous city of New York where we watched the even more fabulous Elton John bring the house down at the Barclays Centre, Brooklyn.
We stayed at the gorgeous Gem Hotel in the ultra stylish area of Chelsea. Stylish Chelsea has become the world headquarters for high profile art galleries. Charming brownstone and tree-lined streets make strolling a pleasure by day. The old Meatpacking District warehouse buildings pulsate after dark in Manhattan's best nightclubs. In the midst of it all you'll find The GEM Hotel and it really is a little gem.
Even tho it was chilly we wrapped up warm and made the most of the 24 hour roof top area with stunning views of the city!
Underneath the Gem is a beautiful cafe & farm shop where we ate most days and had late night drinks. Very tasty and a beautiful chilled relaxed place to get a bit of work done or just simply people watch.
